Apexsupplydirects: Thank You, We Have Your Message

Apexsupplydirects has your enquiry sitting in the parts desk inbox right now, and someone will read it properly rather than skim it, check the fitment against your vehicle and come back with a firm quote including freight where relevant, usually the same working day.

What happens next

The short version of the next 24 hours

Your details landed in the queue about ten seconds ago. During business hours someone reads the message within a couple of hours, pulls the parts diagram for your vehicle and works out what the job actually involves. If we have everything we need, the reply is a firm number. If something is missing, we ask one clear question rather than a list of ten.

Emails sent after 5:30pm on a Friday will get answered Monday morning. That is the only gap in the schedule. If the car is off the road and you cannot wait, ring the workshop on the number below; a stranded car jumps the queue.

01. We read the enquiry

The whole message, not just the subject line. If you described a noise, we work out which corner it is likely coming from.

02. Fitment gets checked

Rego, VIN or model and year go against the parts diagram. Running changes catch people out, so we check twice.

03. You get a written quote

Parts, labour and freight in one figure, with the add-ons listed separately in case you want to skip them.

04. Book or order

Reply with a yes and we either book a bay at Eagle Street or send the courier out the same afternoon.

Need an answer today?

Ring the workshop during business hours. Have the rego and a description of the problem ready and we can usually quote on the spot.

Something else you forgot to mention?

Send a second message or ring the workshop. Extra detail is never a problem. A photo of the dash or the part saves a whole round of back and forth, so send it through if you have one.
