Saturday slots go quickly in the lead-up to a long weekend. Book a fortnight ahead if you can.
Getting here
We are on Level 11 of 111 Eagle Street, in the Brisbane CBD. There is metered parking on Eagle Street and a paid car park on the next block. If you are dropping a car off, pull into the loading bay and let us know; someone will come down.
Train to Central Station, then a six-minute walk. Bus routes along Adelaide Street stop within a block.

Before you pick up the phone
Five things we get asked most often, answered in a sentence or two so you do not need to hold.
Do I need to book a bay, or can I just drop in?
For a brake check or a quick look, drop in during business hours. For a full overhaul or an exhaust fit, book ahead. A bay is four to six hours of work and gets scheduled the day before, so coming in unannounced means waiting or rebooking.
Can you quote a part I did not buy from you?
Yes, if the part is the correct fitment for your car. We will not fit a part that does not match the vehicle's spec, because the warranty falls on us. If the part came from another supplier and is wrong, better to know before it goes on the hoist.
How fast do you reply to emails?
Same working day, usually within four hours, though a Monday morning tends to stack up. If the car is off the road and you need an answer today, ring instead. The phone takes priority over the inbox because a stranded car is a stranded car.
Do you ship outside Brisbane?
Yes, anywhere in Australia and into Europe. Freight is quoted separately by postcode and weight. We send tracking the moment the courier scans the box. Details and rates are on the price page.
Can I get a quote before I book anything?
That is the point of the form above. Send the rego or VIN and a description of what is happening, and we come back with a firm number. There is no charge for the quote and no obligation. If we think the job is not urgent, we will say so.
