Terms and Conditions | Apexsupplydirects

apexsupplydirects runs this page so you know exactly what happens to your details when you order a brake kit, a set of coilovers or a cat-back exhaust from us. Below you will find the plain-English version of what we collect, why we keep it, who else sees it, and how you can get it corrected or deleted. If you only read one line, make it this one: we never sell your name, address or email to anyone.

Scope of these terms

These terms apply to every order for parts and every booking for workshop labour placed with Apexsupplydirects, whether through the website, by phone, by email or in person at Level 11, 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000. Placing an order means you accept them. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to agree to them for that business.

Orders, pricing and payment

Prices on the website are in Australian dollars and include GST unless the page says otherwise. A quote stays valid for fourteen days. Parts are only ordered once payment or a deposit has cleared, because an unconfirmed order ties up stock we could otherwise sell.

  • Full payment is required before special-order and non-stock parts are purchased
  • Workshop labour is invoiced on completion, payable within seven days
  • We accept card and bank transfer. We do not accept cheques
  • Where a supplier price changes before we order, we will tell you the new figure and you can cancel without charge

Delivery and fitment

Delivery times given at checkout come from the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the carrier hands the parcel over or, for workshop jobs, when you collect the vehicle. Please check a parcel before you sign for it and tell us within forty-eight hours if something is damaged or missing.

Fitment is booked on the understanding that the vehicle matches the details you supplied. If the car turns out to be a different model or engine code after the wheels are off, we will quote again and you can choose whether to proceed. Storage charges apply to vehicles left with us for more than five days after we tell you the job is finished.

Warranty, liability and consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms limits the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a part fails through a manufacturing fault, we will repair, replace or refund it. Where a component fails because it was fitted by someone else, was used outside its rating, or wore out through normal service, the warranty on that component does not apply.

For workshop labour we warrant our workmanship for the period stated on your invoice. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any loss connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods or services that caused the loss. We are not liable for lost income, lost time off the road, or damage caused by a part you supplied yourself.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when our suppliers or processes change. The version on the website at the time you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and disputes are handled in the courts of that state.
